1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gempak99 ("Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the gempak99 website, mobile platform, games, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the gempak99 Platform, you represent that you have read these Terms in full, understand their contents, and unconditionally agree to be bound by them. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

gempak99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each person may hold only one (1) registered account on the gempak99 Platform. The creation of duplicate accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. gempak99 will never request your password via live chat, email, or any communication channel. Any activity occurring under your account credentials will be treated as authorised by you unless you notify gempak99 support immediately upon becoming aware of unauthorised access.

• You must use your real name, valid email address, and active Malaysian mobile number during registration.
• You must notify gempak99 promptly if any registered contact details change.
• Account sharing with any other person is prohibited.
• gempak99 reserves the right to verify your identity at any point, including by requesting a copy of a government-issued identification document.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the gempak99 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. Supported payment methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Hong Leong Bank, Public Bank, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified in the Platform's payment section and are subject to change with notice.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• gempak99 reserves the right to conduct anti-money laundering (AML) verification on any withdrawal request. Withdrawal processing may be delayed pending satisfactory completion of such verification.
• gempak99 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, certain payment providers may impose their own transaction charges for which gempak99 is not responsible.
• All deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request will be processed, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

gempak99 offers various bonuses, free credits, cashback, and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail solely with respect to that promotion.

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements are met in full.
• gempak99 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or declare it void if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or collusion.
• Only one (1) promotional account per household, IP address, or device is permitted unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses awarded in error will be removed from the player's account regardless of whether any wagers have been placed using those funds.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the gempak99 Platform are governed by their respective individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you accept the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

• All slot games and table game outcomes produced by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems are final and binding.
• Live casino game outcomes as declared by the presiding dealer or game system are final and binding.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gempak99 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with games or the Platform in place of genuine human play.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown error will be void.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of stolen payment instruments.
• Collusion with other players, dealers, or third parties in live casino or poker games.

• Providing false information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, or permitting another person to operate your account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the gempak99 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and data — is the intellectual property of gempak99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the gempak99 Platform without express prior written consent from gempak99.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gempak99 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, howsoever caused.
• Any act or omission of any third-party game provider, payment processor, or telecommunications provider.
• Delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond gempak99's reasonable control, including force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through gempak99 customer support. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to the dispute resolution procedures provided by gempak99's applicable licensing authority.
